In today’s fast-paced and competitive world, academic success is not solely determined by intelligence quotient (IQ) but also by emotional intelligence (EI) and resilience. Recognizing this, our recent workshop aimed to equip postgraduate students with the necessary tools to navigate challenges effectively, foster emotional intelligence, and build resilience.
