Graduate Research Students (GRS) Hub

Located at Room 6-2-01 (Building 6, Level 2), the Graduate Research Students (GRS) Hub is open for all graduate research students to work, collaborate and have small group meetings. 

GRS Hub Rules:

    • Respect for Others: Treat fellow students, staff, and visitors with respect and courtesy at all times.
    • Quiet Zones: Respect these areas by minimizing noise and conversation.
    • Cleanliness: Keep the space tidy and clean. Dispose of trash properly and ensure that common areas are left in the same condition as found.
    • Timely Use: Be mindful of the time you spend in shared spaces, especially during peak hours. Avoid occupying spaces for extended periods if not actively engaged in research or study.
    • Personal Belongings: Do not leave personal belongings unattended for extended periods. Use designated storage areas or lockers provided. Any kind of Hogging will not be allowed.
    • Collaboration and Networking: Encourage collaboration and networking among fellow students, but ensure that it does not disturb others or impede their work.
    • Food and Beverages: Follow guidelines regarding food and beverages in the hub. Clean up after yourself and avoid bringing in messy or strong-smelling foods that may disturb others. Ensure that any food stored in the refrigerator is consumed within 48 hours. Failure to comply may result in a fine.
    • Respect for Property: Respect the property and equipment within the hub. Report any damages or issues promptly to the welfare or MUPA Executive Committee.
    • Guests and Visitors: No guests are allowed other than Graduate Research Students.
    • Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and exits in the event of an emergency. Follow instructions from staff or authorities during such situations.
